The Founder

I've always been deeply motivated to see what I'm capable of in a career — and equally committed to a life well lived. For much of my career, I wasn't sure the two could coexist.

Before starting Reflexiv, I spent nearly a decade in high-stakes environments — from investment banking at Goldman Sachs to operating roles at MeridianLink, a private equity-backed SaaS company. As head of investor relations and chief of staff to the CEO, I was rapidly approaching the height of my career on paper.

But in reality, I felt like I was swimming upstream. I struggled to separate my work from my worth. When pressure increased, I tightened control and absorbed dysfunction. And worst of all, the aspects of my personal life that kept me afloat were de-prioritized. I had no leverage on my time, and endurance only got me so far.

When I burned out for the second time in my career, my mission became clear: to design coaching solutions that help high performers grow their impact and sustain their trajectory.

Through my experience, I saw talented doers hit a ceiling when they were expected to deliver results under constraint — limited resources, tight timelines, constant scrutiny — without the support required to uphold their potential. There is a common belief that the rising star should figure it out on their own. At Reflexiv, we believe high performers operating in demanding environments deserve the clarity and support to win at work without losing out on the life they are building.
