About the Founder

I'm Gianna.

I spent nearly a decade in demanding roles — from investment banking at Goldman Sachs to leading investor relations and strategic initiatives at MeridianLink, a PE-backed SaaS company. I know what it feels like to be trusted to deliver under pressure and thrown into the deep end as a high performer time and time again.

As I approached the height of my career on paper, I was internally navigating misalignment, burnout, and an identity shift on my own.

I started Reflexiv so that my clients don't have to navigate high stakes alone. I believe high performers deserve the support to take their leadership to the next level — and that ambition and wellbeing can coexist. My work focuses on helping talented individuals scale their impact and trajectory without sacrificing the life they're building along the way.
